This week, I asked Congress to schedule a final vote on reform that will give families and businesses more control over their health care by holding insurance companies more accountable. This comes after nearly a year of debate, as well as a seven hour summit with Democrats and Republicans where we had a public and substantive discussion on health care. Since then, I’ve said that I’m willing to incorporate some ideas offered by Republicans, and we’re eliminating special provisions that had no place in health care reform.
Now, despite all the progress and improvements we’ve made, Republicans in Congress insist that the only acceptable course on health care is to start over. But you know what? The insurance companies aren’t starting over. I just met with some of them on Thursday and they couldn’t give me a straight answer as to why they keep arbitrarily and massively raising premiums – by as much as 60% in states like Illinois. If we do not act, they will continue to do this. They will continue to drop people’s coverage when they need it. They will continue to refuse coverage based on pre-existing conditions. These practices will continue.
That’s why we must act now. That’s why the United States Congress owes the American people an up-or-down vote on health insurance reform.
The proposal we’ve put forward would end the worst practices of the insurance industry, lower costs for millions of Americans, and give uninsured individuals and small businesses the same kind of choice of private health insurance that Members of Congress get for themselves. And while it will take a few years to fully implement these reforms, there are numerous protections and benefits that would start to take effect this year.
This year, small business owners will receive tax credits to purchase health insurance.
This year, thousands of uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions will finally be able to purchase coverage. Insurance companies will no longer be allowed to deny coverage to children with pre-existing conditions. And they will no longer be allowed to drop your coverage when you get sick.
This year, all new insurance plans will be required to offer free preventive care to their customers – so that we can start catching preventable illnesses and diseases on the front end. There will no longer be lifetime limits or restrictive annual limits on the amount of care you receive. Young adults will be able to stay on their parents’ insurance policy until they’re 26 years old. And there will be a new, independent appeals process for anyone who feels they were unfairly denied a claim by their insurance company.
Finally, seniors who fall into the gap in coverage known as the donut hole will receive $250 to help them pay for their prescriptions.
What won’t change when this bill is signed this: if you like the insurance plan you have now, you can keep it. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Because nothing should get in the way of the relationship between a family and their doctor.
If we act now, all of this will happen this year. Millions of lives will improve. Some will be saved. Many families and small business owners will have health insurance for the very first time in their lives. Doctors and patients will have more control over their health care decisions, and insurance company bureaucrats will have less. This future is within our grasp.
But we also know what the future will look like if we don’t act – if we let this opportunity pass for another year, or another decade, or another generation. More Americans will lose their family’s health insurance if they switch jobs or lose their job. More small businesses will be forced to choose between health care and hiring. More insurance companies will raise premiums and deny coverage. And the rising cost of Medicare and Medicaid will sink our government deeper and deeper into debt.
I don’t accept that future for the United States of America.I know it has been a long and hard road to this point. And we are not finished with our journey just yet. But we are close. We are very close. And so I ask Congress to finish its work. I ask them to give the American people an up or down vote. And let’s show our citizens that it’s still possible for Washington to look out for their interests and their future. Thanks for listening.
Not one to mince words, Steve Jobs squashed all hope of the iPad supporting iPhone tethering for wireless internet access with one word — “No.”
The succinct answer was communicated by Jobs via email (from his iPhone) to Jezper Söderlund of Sweden who emailed Jobs to ask, “Will the wifi-only version somehow support tethering thru my iPhone?”
9to5Mac has both emails in question, along with email header information, and all indications point to the one word buzz-kill response being legit. You can read the text of the email inquiry and Jobs’ response below:
Söderlund’s email:
I’ll keep it short.
I’m Jezper from Sweden, a long time Apple fan, currently about to replace the very last computer at home with a brand spanking new iMac i7. I’m also awaiting the release of the iPad. However, I have one question:
Will the wifi-only version somehow support tethering thru my iPhone?
Two devices, based on the same OS, with already built-in technology to share one data plan suggests a secondary contract could possibly be redundant.
From the look of your keynote, where the iPad sits well between my MacBook Pro and my iPhone, I was hoping the three of them could interact as seamless as possible.
All the best,
Jezper Söderlund[a famous DJ in his own right]
Jobs’ response:
No.
Sent from my iPhone
The bottom line is that those of you who were hoping to buy the cheaper WiFi version of the iPad and tether your iPhone for 3G Internet access (and avoid the additional 3G hardware costs and AT&T subscription plan) are out of luck.
From a consumer perspective, the news is quite disappointing. One would hope that the costly iPhone data plan would be applicable to the iPad. The idea of paying a per device monthly wireless Internet fee is one that won’t sit well with most consumers. The decision doesn’t exactly come as a surprise though. We already know that AT&T is facing network challenges, which they blame on heavy iPhone users, so it wouldn’t make sense for them to encourage or support additional bandwidth without additional fees.

Info Product shows How to Make Money Selling Nothing on eBay thru eBay's Partner Network
Starting an eBay business is easy, fun and can be done from the comfort of your own home. But what if you want to do more than sell a few items and actually make money on eBay?
Anyone who spends enough time on The Car Lounge has doubtlessly seen numerous threads and posts with all manner of Volkswagens, Subarus, Hondas and (ugh) Miatas with improbably low ride heights, low offset BBS RS wheels in all colours of the Popsicle rainbow, roof racks and even rusted body parts.
The “stance” movement is the biggest thing going for people who seek validation from anonymous automotive forum members, though I have yet to really see a car like this in person. Maybe it will fly in California, but in Toronto, with roads like the surface of the Moon and 6 months of snow, this style is impractical if not unfeasible.
Hellaflush, the vanguard of this subculture, has popularized the war cry of “offset is everything”. The look is miles ahead of the Wings West and JC Whitney aesthetic that was popular for most of the last decade, and has its own appeal. The visual symmetry of a flush fitting wheel is pleasing, and the low ride height and lack of any adornments to the bodywork is aggressive, muscular and simple, a sort of pumped up automotive Bauhaus.
While the Bauhaus was an intellectual, as well as an aesthetic movement, seeking to embody Communist principles by designing minimalist housing for the working class, the aspirations of the stance movement is much more vacuous. Its sole aim is to “look dope”.
People are quick to point fingers at the Volkswagen crowd for this trend, but I can remember far back to the early 2000’s, before drifting was on the radar of most of America, a time when I truly believed that the Nissan 240SX was the answer to all automotive questions, if not one of the best cars ever made. The trend among drifters Japan (aka The Gospel according to Christ himself) was to have a low-riding car with low offset, wide wheels, pulled fenders (flares and body kits were not in style yet) and excessive negative camber, all of which was done in the name of easily breaking traction and then holding the slide.
Setting up a car for drifting is usually ass-backwards to what actually makes a car handle. Still, it has managed to permeate the collective consciousness of young car enthusiasts, who are unaware that buying coilovers with absurdly stiff springs doesn’t actually make a car handle well, but rather masks the deficiencies of a poorly designed car. Seeing 240SXs, AE86 Corollas and other RWD Japanese cars outfitted this way became the norm, and they added a certain panache to the otherwise boring, derivative designs penned by salarymen stylists. When drifting blew up, the look became widespread among all cars, even front wheel drive vehicles that had no business wearing a wheel that had an offset close to zero.
Even more offensive are the rusted hoods and corroded body panels present on some cars, serving as the pre-ripped and distressed jeans of the automotive world. As someone who lives in a snowy climate and is Woody Allen-neurotic about keeping the salt off his car, this trend offends me to no end. It’s easy for it to be co-opted by hard parking West Coast lamers when you don’t have to deal with the horrors of body work or road salt. I would gladly trade someone a rusty, snow belt car for a clean shell from an arid climate, but rust bubbles and oxidization don’t have the ironic, intentionally impoverished cachet that a fender doused in turpentine does.
By far the worst spill-over of this effluent is on the Miata forums – but mostly confined to a certain board I won’t name. While it is a refuge from the stifling dogma of chrome rings and racing stripes on Miata.net, the technical knowledge in the suspension section extends to “Lower it!”, “Slam it” or “weak offset bro”. Seeing people simultaneously praise the handling of a Miata and then post an example with a “nice stance” is something that makes me laugh. The Miata’s biggest flaw is the lack of suspension travel, and lowering the car exacerbates the problem.
I have no problem when this trend if it’s confined to cars that are irredeemable garbage (like the MKIV Golf/Jetta, Toyota Corolla etc), but the Miata’s sole quality is its wonderful handling. Below a certain ride height and beyond a certain offset, the geometry of the suspension and steering goes out the window, and the car rides like a bag of sloppy dicks. Even my friend Haig, whose car is plastered all over the internet as an example of a “dope Roadster” (and it is gorgeous) admits that his car handles and rides much better when raised to a fairly normal ride height of 13″.
The Stance movement is symbolic for our collective superficiality, desiring not what works well or brings us enjoyment, but what looks good standing still in a magazine. Slamming the car and throwing on a new set of wheels is something that can easily be bragged about on forums, you can take pictures of it and broadcast it to the world and enjoy the affirmation from a tribe of like-minded people whose automotive raison d’etre is to have the lowest car and the deepest wheels, and then go to gatherings to talk about it.
But the movement is also egalitarian, and that might be its strongest appeal. You need to mechanical know-how to do any of this, just enough money to buy some rims, rent a fender roller, and whatever crap coilovers you can find on Ebay that will drop your car to the ground. If there’s anything left, add a roof rack. Where else could anyone consider a Corolla as “dope” while keeping a straight face. You don’t even need to be a good driver, because most of the time your car is parked. Of course, pretending you’re hard and making a video of your car crawling along at a snail’s pace is essential.
On the other hand, it’s hard to take pictures at a track day, although you might be able to take a boring in-car video with the right equipment. Your new swaybars, tires or alignment isn’t going to impress anyone. Most of the “cool mods” you can do to a given car makes it ineligible for most timed amateur competitions. Figuring out a proper setup for your car takes time, effort, maybe a bit of math. Quite often, you’ll find that cool Japanese parts are actually crap, and the boring, off-the-shelf stuff from the Tire Rack is usually more than adequate.
“Go fast, or suck” is a maxim often thrown around on the Miata.net message boards. What will you do?
Sorry I’ve not posted too much recently, been busy with placement. I had to spend £100 fixing my computer so that’s less money for clothes
Let’s do the review first. Now, I know I’ve already reviewed Jen’s Fashion Plus, but when she offered to send me a dress to review once more I couldn’t say no.
This is the dress I chose, I like the half jersey, half satin look and it feels very comfortable. I have to say, I much prefer this item to the two I previously got, the sizing is dead on (2X for a UK 22/24) and the fit is perfect.
If I had to say one bad thin about it (and I do, because I review honestly regardless of whether I paid for the item or not,) the part where the sequins hit is a little itchy on the inside. I can deal with it though.
The sequins are sort of triangular which makes it quite unique and the soft material around the bust fits my small boobs much better than the jumpsuit does, I don’t feel like there’s too much or too little room for them. The bottom half of the dress is made from a satin-like material which, thankfully, doesn’t feel static-y as some satin-like materials do.
Dress @ Jen’s Fashion Plus.
Leggings @ Yours Clothing.
Necklace @ eBay.
Next, I’m going to include this ASOS dress, from their normal size range.
Because I’ve seen so many Fats wearing items that are labelled as too small for them but seeing them make it work I thought I’d get this dress. It’s a UK20 and I’m usually a UK22/24, and the fact that it’s a tad too small you can tell because I have a huuuuge belly. But, I don’t care. This dress is so nice. It’s really comfy and I quite like the form it gives, not such a fan of how it fits around my belly but I’m sure I can fix that some how.
I love zip-front dresses right now. I’m also liking the nude palettes that are around at the moment for spring so that’s why I thought I’d grab this dress. It is a bodycon dress and has a bandage-look which I love at the moment. All in all, I’m glad that I got the dress, sure it’s only one/two sizes listed as too small but I wouldn’t have even thought about trying it if I hadn’t seen so many fats saying “fuck the size on the label!”
Dress @ Asos.
And finally, this top from Next. I think it’s pretty on-trend at the moment because a) floral and b) lace! I quite like it, it’s a UK22 which is the highest their “normal” size range goes up to, they do offer a plus size range too but I’m not too keen on their offerings at the moment. It’s a little small in the arms, which makes me kinda sad, but I expected that from a straight size range, they very rarely scale their arms appropriately. And not just Next, quite a few places. But hey, I still like it, even if it’s not really too practical.
Top @ Next.
As I wore this to my placement, trousers are issued by my university, nothing fancy.
That’s it from me today really, a quick one, I know. I’ve been feeling down and not really had the motivation to dress myself up recently. I started a facebook page for Fat Nurse if anyone wanted to join it, or you can add me as a friend if you’re interested in my real life (search Devon Hammond.) Link is in the side bar.

Search engine optimization refers to any efforts that are required to try and get
your web site into the top rankings of Google (and others) search engine listing
results when someone searches for your “keyword phrases”.
Everyone loves successful search engine optimization, because you can get lots
of traffic … and … it’s free! The problem is, that no one really knows how Google decides where to rank your site and when it will show up. Any expert that tells you that they know exactly how Google’s ranking works and/or guarantees that you’ll get into the top spots (for a fee, of course), is being less than truthful. Even so, there are proven techniques that you can employ to get your site into the top of the listings. We believe in being very transparent about what we're doing and why we're doing it, so we'll show you exactly what we're doing, and why it helps to skyrocket you right to the top!

Introduction
When I decided I needed a website for my business I had no idea of the planning involved. Like most people, I thought web design meant deciding on the graphics and the look of the pages and then by some magic it would all happen.I simply hadn’t had any exposure to the planning and build process which I now know to be extensive!
I have a friend who is in the business of SEO web design and website development so I approached him for a quote. As a complete novice who is computer literate up to a point, I was amazed at the depth of initial questioning required to find out exactly what my requirements were.
I had no idea about the various elements and the structure of the site and I found it mind blowing when I learnt about the amount of work involved. So I thought other people would be interested to know more about this complicated process particularly if you consider yourself a non computer person and have to get a website built. I have asked my SEO friend to supply the technical information for this article. In case you are wondering ‘SEO’ stands for search engine optimisation, and refers to the practise of getting your website ranked as close to the top of the results for a particular search term in a search engine. You see you’re learning already!
Stages in the Process
Target Audience
Before building a website there are important questions to consider. I was asked who would be my target audience. Who are my customers likely to be? Would they be children, businesses, home owners, sales people, parents or teenagers and so on? If you are not clear on your target audience then you are not going to be able to set the tone of the site correctly so this is a very important consideration.
The Objective of the Website
Then I was asked, what was the objective of my website? Did I want to sell services on line or use it to market my business and get more leads for potential customers? Maybe I would want to use the site as an online brochure to showcase my services. Another possibility was to use the website to foster a community so that I was in contact with other like-minded people, with chat rooms, online discussions and being supported by advertising on the site. This didn’t really apply to my business, although I did think about offering to advertise allied services!
I hadn’t quite realised the scope of a website but as I was asked these questions it became clear that a lot of careful thought went into the preparation before building a website.
Creating a Site Map
The importance of creating a site map is to get it clear in your mind of all the pages you will have on your website so you can prepare the content for each page and begin to design the flow through the website, such as when a user adds a product to their basket, then enters their delivery and billing address and makes the credit card payment in the correct order.
A sitemap is basically your blueprints or technical drawings from which all the other elements of building the site will stand, such as planning the navigation, SEO, copy writing and the flow through the site.
The aim is to make the site as simple to use as possible so that there are no barriers to getting into the website or making a purchase. For that reason often user name and passwords are set for the customer so that they are not put off making a purchase by having to register. How many times have you gone to buy something online and then been faced with having to choose a user name and password to create an account, and fill out all of your address details and decided not to bother in the end? Well they just lost a sale!
For a non e-commerce site things are simpler with a contact form which allows you to receive enquiries by email without publishing your email address on the website, thus avoiding junk email.Web forms can also validate the information before you receive it, so ensuring that the phone number provided does not contain words, and that the email address is in the correct format, for example. These things may sound very technical to us lay-folk but I assure you everything has to be decided on before starting on the construction of the site.
Your Domain Name
Choosing a domain name is often quite a challenge because every name you initially come up with will almost certainly have been taken. Domain names ending in .com are by far the most popular and internationally recognised; the snag is that it’s very popularity means that the majority of the shorter names have probably already been registered. However, you can usually think of some domain name that is available, which is much less time consuming than trying to purchase a previously registered domain name from its existing owner, most of the time just contacting them, and getting a reply is a challenge.
So looking at names with endings such as .net; .org .co.uk or .info may be able to provide you with the domain name you want. When choosing your domain name it is very important to include one or more of your keywords if possible as this can apparently help with search engine rankings. So although the name of your business is the obvious choice for a domain name, it is not necessarily the only option.
Copy
The next stage is preparing the content. This is not the design of your website – just the words and visuals you want to have one each of the pages.
Having gathered all the previous information you will need to decide what imagery you want to use within the website content. As we all know, a picture speaks a thousand words and remains in people’s memory far longer than just words.
For each image you could also have a caption, as the caption of an image is the next ‘most read’ words on the page after the page title. Images and their captions need to be clickable. When you click on a picture it should take you to the next stage of the process such as the sale page or placing an enquiry if your website is for lead generation. All images should also have alternative text or alt tags. Alt tags will display the hover text when you position your mouse over the picture, but also they are used by screen readers to assist visually impaired users know what the image is about. See the section below on Accessibility and Compliance.
Website Design
Finally we come to the design of your website.
I asked my friend in web design to comment about this and he says it is one of the most difficult stages of the process because it’s so subjective.
There are a number of ways to approach web design but ultimately you need to create a design brief for the designer(s) to work from. Look at other websites and your competitor’s websites to find out what you like or dislike. The design brief should give reference to the logo, any existing brand guidelines or schemes and fonts and colour schemes, and should also detail which pages of the website that the designer is being tasked with creating visuals for. See the Sitemap section below.
The very best results will be achieved by using a graphic designer, and beware – not all graphic designers are the same. A graphic designer who designs specifically for print is working in a different discipline than a graphic designer who designs for screen and specifically the web. So choose your designer carefully, look at other work that person has done and determine whether or not you like their style.
If you are working in the big time and budget allows, use multiple graphic designers who have all been given the same design brief and request three concept designs from each designer. If the client themselves also do a graphic design, even if it’s a back of the envelope scribble, you will then have 10 concept designs. The next step is to get them all together and select the preferred elements from each design. Then give the work to the selected graphic designer to work up as the final artwork. Once you have reviewed the final visuals the artwork files will then be provided to the developer, usually in layered Photoshop files.
The artwork should be finalised and agreed on by everybody before construction of the site begins. Otherwise it can lead to costly and time consuming changes and frustration for both the developer and the client.
Navigation
Another important consideration when building a website is how you want your navigation to work. You can have links within the content of your website, in the text, so there are not just links from the menu. You will need to decide whether the links will open into a new window, retaining your original page open or just change the page to the one clicked on. Next time you go online, you will realise how much thought has gone into the way in which a website works. You will may also have some ideas for improving how some of them work after reading all of this!
Production
Finally the preparation has been done and the site is ready to be built. Now for the more technical stuff! You will need to have decided which programming language to use to build the website. There are two main types for developing a website, one is Unix based, and the other is Windows based. Each one has advantages and disadvantages. If you are starting from scratch then it probably won’t matter, so you can go with the preference of your professional doing the work. My website is built on the Unix platform (apparently!) which is the same as many of the more well known websites such as Ebay, Facebook, Google and Amazon. Also your website hosting must be compatible with the development language with which your website is built.
Work In Progress
The best way to build a website and be able to monitor work in progress is on the web server where the site is ultimately going to live. This way, those involved in reviewing the work can see work in progress and provide feedback throughout the development process.
Launching Your New Website
The moment of excitement comes when your site finally goes live and you see the results of all the thought that has gone into the whole process.
Having put in many hours rewriting mission statements and demolition legislation texts for our demolitions website I was thrilled when the site eventually went live.
As soon as the site has gone live there is no substitute for real world testing though, so ask as many of your friends and colleagues to view the website from their own offices and give you their thoughts.
Accessibility and Compliance
The website has to meet the current standards for website coding and doing so insures that disabled users, such as the visually impaired, can still access the entire website if they are using a screen reader. It is also a good idea to also discuss conformance moving forward, particularly if you have a web content management system, because and accessible of compliant site may become un-accessible after six months of being edited by you if you do not add or edit the website content in an accessible manner.
Unforeseen Items
There are always things that arise in any project which you suddenly realise you have forgotten, so no matter how well the web designer prepares and asks the right questions, there is bound to be a last minute change of mind or addition to the site. The main aim is to minimise the number of glitches that might arise because they aren’t calculated in at the start and they could cause extra costs and delays on the date of the website going live.As a general rule it is always a good idea to get he site live to the original plans and then look at an update after it has gone live, unless it is a very small deviation from the initial plans.
Reporting and Monitoring
Once your website is up and running, you will want to know how many people visit your website and from that number how many actually buy the products or place an enquiry. From these statistics you can work out the ratio of visits to sales and gradually make changes to improve the ratios. There are some reliable statistics packages such as Google Analytics or Web-Stat.com which allow you to collect and review website visitor data in near real time. All you need to do this is to have a small block of code inserted into each web page on your site.
Another useful service that Web-stat.com provides is to monitor the website and warn you by email or text message if the site is offline.
Marketing
Once the website is live there are lots of things you can do to market your product or service. The first step is to submit it to the search engines and at the same time write articles, and press releases. Getting links to the site from forums, blogs and other social networking spaces are other options. For more on this subject ask your developer about SEO, remember that’s search engine optimisation.
How to be Found on the Web
One of the first questions I was asked was, ‘Do you want it to be found by Google the main search engine?’ If I did then there was a whole process of establishing Keywords. So finding the best keywords are vital if you want to be found in Google. He says there are two main types of keywords. The first is the trophy, or generic, keyword for the industry which in my industry is simply ‘demolition’. The second kind of keyword is the long tail keyword. These are not searched for as frequently but if you can get a match then they are much more likely to convert into customers. A good example of this in my industry is ‘factory demolition company Derby’. So it is very important to do a lot of research on keywords to find both those that are the most popular and the most specific. Generally most users only look at the top ten results so you will want to get your website promoted so as to get on this page for your chosen keywords. By using a keyword research tool such as the keyword lookup in the Google Web Master Tools kit you can find the single most popular keyword for your industry.
Conclusion
Wheww. What an amazing amount of work! I hadn’t realised when I started the process of getting a website up and running, how complicated it all is and how many factors you have to consider before even designing the website. The word web design is really a misnomer, as people often think it’s just about the graphic design on the home page, and the branding of the product. Unless you are a computer whizz, most people have no idea how much goes into designing and building a website and the systems that support the work you want it to do. I hope that this article gives you an understanding and insight into the whole process of website development from start to finish.Next time you type in a web address or click on a link to a website, remember all the above work that has probably gone into it!
Just about all rabid sports enthusiasts would enjoy showing support for their favorite team(s) — and putting on the colors of that team is one excellent manner of showing your loyalty. Putting on a team jersey with your favorite player’s name will be fashionable forever.
Stylish, flexible, comfy and presenting pure team spirit – perfect for a sports fan(atic)!
One thing to look for is authenticity, because that guarantees high quality; that the item has been carefully produced to be exactly the same as the teams' jerseys in material and style. So your sports jerseys look great and they keep you comfortable.
Look for serial numbers or holograms as indicators that the jerseys are legitimate. Also purchase from a reliable source to guarantee a genuine jersey.
Sports jerseys are available in many colors and designs. People do not always choose a jersey just because they follow that team. Many people have a favorite athlete they may have followed for years, across several teams.
Sport jerseys are highly fashionable and so even non sports fans often choose to wear them. Some people buy their jerseys purely because the jersey looks good, and they look good in it.
Customised jerseys are also available – you can create your own individual jersey with your own colors, name and number. Good if you are determined to make your own sporting 'fashion statement'. There are lots of customized options offered through the many reliable suppliers of sports jerseys, so it is easy to express your individuality.
Whether you are putting on your jersey to show fashion sense or to show team spirit, sports jerseys have become an essential clothing item. And, above all, sports jerseys will never go out of style.

Melatonin is a natural human hormone; the brain creates serotonin which in turn converts to melatonin as soon as the sunlight is lowered - ie. at nighttime. It is a common option when you have difficulties getting to sleep after a sharp modification has occurred in their sleep pattern; possibly after jetting off to another time zone or simply because of work shift changes.
Swallowing melatonin around half an hour in advance of going to bed as well as engaging in a suitable relaxation process can offer an easy way to improve sleep. Relaxation techniques, for instance Yoga exercises, breathing and visualisation have been shown to be successful during the challenge for a important night's sleep. And for many people that is particularly correct once combined together with one of the popular complementary insomnia remedies out there.
Despite the fact that Melatonin is one of the very popular drug free sleeping disorder cures, it's not suited to everybody. Nor should it be utilized by expectant and nursing mothers.
Valerian has been utilized to handle insomnia for a long time, despite the fact that exactly how it works is still obscure. Several scientific tests indicate that it functions by means of influencing the levels of the GABA inside the brain, which in turn is a 'soothing' neurotransmitter. Contrary to the majority of the insomnia solutions given by the physician, for example sedatives, relaxants and anti-anxiety drugs, Valerian isn't thought to be habit forming. However, although herbal, it should not be taken in addition to other medications as well as alcohol.

The Wii Finder lists stores who have the Nintendo Wii In Stock. Get … Nintendo Wii Console in stock at 2009-03-02 00:00:08 CST : Best Buy: Nintendo Wii in …
This page automatically checks the listed merchants on a regular basis to see whether or not they have Nintendo Wii Console & Nintendo Wii Systems and Bundles in stock.

5. It Looks Cool
The Nintendo Wii looks sleek, small, and dare I say sexy, in any room of your home. I also purchased a wiimote chargind station that hooks onto the actual unit, and it glows a piercing LED blue that fills the room when I turn it on. It's almost like tricking out a car. Don't get me wrong, the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 look awesome, but the Wii is just sooooooo small.
4. It's extremely Cheap
Although pretty much all it does is play video games, the Wii blows the other two next-gen system options out of the water when if comes to cost. And who doesn't own a DVD and CD player by now?
3. Its Gameplay is Far More Superior Than Other Systems
I mean, sure, the graphics of an Xbox 360 can't even compare to that of a Wii, but I'd take better gameplay over just another gorgeous first person shooter any day of the week. Most Wii games are innovative, creative, colorful, and addicting. With a Wii, you won't look over at your game shelf to see that half of it consists of first person shooters. Nintendo is currently working on more mature-rated games for their audeince, first person shooters included.
2. Its Online Play is FREE
…Enough said.
1. It's Backward-Compatible With Gamecube Games
Most nintendo fans already own a gamecube, and the Wii has a place on the top of the unit for gamecube controllers and a memory card. Gamecube game discs go into the same slot as Wii games, and the best part about it is that if you already own a Gamecube, you only need your Wii plugged in to play both games.
Why not discover the world's most popular cruise — the Caribbean?
Comprising anywhere from 50 to 750 islands (depending upon how you count), the Caribbean provides a dream vacation when it comes to cruising.
The islands have a warm climate with some of the worlds best beaches, exquisite marine life along with an amazing coral reef, and exceptionally clean waters. Shopping is also a great feature with duty-free prices.
Basic Caribbean Cruise Routes Available:
1. Eastern Caribbean Cruise - Key West, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Much more about this route in a minute.
2. Western Caribbean Cruise - the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, the island of Cozumel, and many islands off the coasts of Honduras and Belize. A cruise will take you as far east as Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. Grand Cayman in particular has many delights, including white sandy beaches and terrific water sports activities.
3. Southern Caribbean Cruise - San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Grenadines, the Lesser Antilles, and the Netherlands Antilles as far west as Aruba, the latter having 365 beautiful beaches.
4. Exotic/Long-duration Caribbean Cruise - any of the above destinations, which often ends in a different place from where the cruise started.
Eastern Caribbean Cruises
One of the most in demand tours includes the Bahamas and the eastern islands that define the border between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
An Eastern Caribbean cruise is perfect for first-time cruisers and experienced travelers looking for a slow and relaxing pace in comfortable surroundings. These cruises are great for families because they visit only a small number of ports, so most of the cruise time is actually spent on board the ship, often with two consecutive days at sea.
There is plenty to do on the islands of the Eastern Caribbean. You can visit the famous beaches and try snorkeling, sailing, or even golf. Shop for souvenirs and luxury goods imported from around the world including jewelry, perfumes, crystal, porcelain, electronics and more at tax-free prices at the huge selection of shops. And if you are a gambler then you'll love it because the islands have the largest casinos in the Caribbean.
During an Eastern Caribbean cruise you will probably visit the following islands:
Nassau (the Bahamas) - Plenty of gambling action.
San Juan, Puerto Rico - Lots of beaches and shopping.
St Croix (Virgin Islands) - Take a night kayak trip or visit the first landing site of Christopher Columbus on his way to the New World.
St. Thomas (Virgin Islands) - Offers excellent snorkeling opportunities to see a wealth of underwater life in the shallow waters.
As well as some of the lesser known paradises.
No matter where you go on a Caribbean cruise, you'll bring home some great stories and memories.
